I’m a licensed Psychotherapist in the Fayetteville area, and I would love to help you on your journey toward healing and self-discovery. Since opening the doors of my practice in 2016, I have worked with individual clients across a wide range of concerns, including integrative psychotherapy, boundaries, relationships, family dynamics, trauma history, attachment and life transitions. Life can be overwhelming and sometimes even exhausting, but I’m here to guide you through any obstacles you may face. My goal is to help you understand yourself more deeply and better cope with change.

I thoroughly enjoy providing individual therapy for adults using various methods to help develop new attitudes towards all of life’s complex matters. WHAT TO EXPECT AT YOUR FIRST VISIT
During your initial session, we will identify concerns that have brought you into therapy, as well as your goals, opportunities, barriers and strengths. We will get to know each other better and discuss personal and family history, along with your present daily routines and any other relevant history or present issues. It is essential to keep in mind that therapy is not a magic pill or a quick fix: therapy is a healing process that necessitates participation and investment from the client. You bring the past and present content and we work together to link these and develop new insights to reshape your narrative and coping skills.

ABOUT ME
I’m Anna Piazza, LCSW, a licensed Psychotherapist based in Fayetteville, Arkansas. I truly care about my clients’ well-being and enjoy tailoring treatment approaches to their individual needs. Since 2010, I have provided a number of specialized therapeutic services to those dealing with challenging life experiences. I have served as an intern at CAPS providing therapy for University of Arkansas students, as a social worker and therapist in an acute inpatient setting at PRI Northwest, as a Clinical Assistant Professor at the University of Arkansas, and finally, in private practice as a psychotherapist specializing in young and middle aged adults. I enjoy blending psych education with various treatment frameworks catered specifically to individual client needs.
